Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
kaalri.com (“Kaalri”, “we”) sells food supplements for personal use, operated from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Products
Our products are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication or managing a health condition. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Orders & prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. An order is accepted when we email dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders for stock, pricing errors or suspected misuse; anything already paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
4. Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery estimates (Standard 3–5 working days, Express 1–2) are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
5. Returns & refunds
Unopened jars may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened food supplements cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours are replaced free. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
