Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
When you order: your name, delivery address, email, phone number and order details. When you browse: standard technical data (IP address, device and browser type) via server logs. Delivery addresses saved in the address selector are stored only in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers.
2. How we use it
To fulfil and deliver orders, send order updates, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send the newsletter. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing
We share what's necessary with delivery partners (name, address, phone) and payment providers (payment details are processed by them, not stored by us). We may disclose data where Indian law requires it.
4. Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting under Indian law. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years. You can ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@kaalri.com. We respond within 30 days.
